Mrs. Neetu Khanna is the heart and soul behind Bagwani. Her deep passion for India, its traditional wisdom, and its people inspired her to build a brand that delivers the purest, most authentic grade of natural products. Driven by the belief that every household deserves access to honest, chemical-free oils, she laid the foundation for Bagwani by Neetu Khanna with uncompromising dedication.

Her daily involvement in research and product development fuels Bagwani’s innovation. She consistently works on identifying new ingredients, refining formulas, and exploring safe, natural alternatives that improve consumer wellbeing. Her keen understanding of purity standards, coupled with her commitment to quality, has helped Bagwani create products that stand out in a crowded market.

Mr. Vineet Khanna

Managing Director – Finance & Compliance

A visionary entrepreneur and the guiding force behind NVESONS Group, Mr. Vineet Khanna recognized early the demand for authentic and ethically sourced wellness products. His encouragement and support to Mrs. Neetu Khanna led to the creation and rise of Bagwani by Neetu Khanna. Known for his disciplined business approach and long-term strategic outlook, he brings financial expertise, operational structure, and transformative leadership—empowering Bagwani to scale with trust and excellence.
 

Mr. Karan Khanna

Director – Operations & Quality

An Industrial Engineering & Management graduate from R.V. College of Engineering, Bengaluru, and a post-graduate from the University of Manchester, Mr. Karan Khanna brings strong technical and managerial expertise. He played a key role in establishing NVESONS as a market-leading kraft paper manufacturer.
At Bagwani, he oversees manufacturing, procurement, and supply-chain operations, ensuring that every product meets the highest standards of purity and performance. His focus on innovation and process excellence drives Bagwani’s quality-first philosophy.

Mr. Kannav Khanna

Director – Sales & Market Growth

With academic experience from Birkbeck College, London, and Adelphi University, New York, Mr. Kannav Khanna blends global exposure with strong marketing instincts. After gaining hands-on experience within NVESONS operations, he now leads Bagwani’s brand strategy, sales channels, and market expansion initiatives. His modern approach to branding, consumer insights, and digital growth plays a key role in elevating Bagwani’s national presence.

Ms. Shrava Khanna

Director – Social Media, Content & Digital Communication

An English Honours graduate from Jesus & Mary College, University of Delhi, Ms. Shrava Khanna brings a fresh, creative, and storytelling-driven approach to Bagwani’s communication. She manages social media strategy, content direction, and brand messaging—ensuring Bagwani stays relatable, engaging, and impactful across all digital platforms.

Ms. Chahat Khanna

Director – Website & Digital Operations

A Post Graduate of the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia. Ms. Chahat Khanna is the newest and dynamic addition to Bagwani’s digital leadership. She manages website operations, user experience, and online workflow. With a strong eye for clean design and seamless navigation, she enhances Bagwani’s digital ecosystem and ensures a smooth online experience for customers.

With a modern kraft paper mill in Dholpur, Rajasthan, the Group produces high-strength kraft paper using recycled domestic and imported OCC.
