Refund policy

Exchanges and returns are only allowed in the following unlikely cases:

  • Packages with weevils, whether alive or dead, or products that are spoiled when they arrive.
  • Packets that are torn or not sealed properly at the time of delivery.
  • Products that have expired by the time of delivery.
  • Proof of bill and original packaging must be provided at the time of exchange. Once used, products will be ineligible for exchange or return.

Any exchange or return request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear images and an uncut unboxing video showing the issue.

Important Notice (Mandatory for Claims)

Please record a clear, uncut 360° video at the time of delivery showing:

  • The shipping label

  • All sides of the sealed parcel

  • The complete opening process

This video is mandatory for raising any complaints related to missing, incorrect, leaked, or damaged items.
Complaints will not be accepted without this video.

Kindly share the video within 1 hour of delivery.

Cancellations

An order cancellation request will be accepted only if the product has not yet been shipped by us.

If request for cancellation is accepted, you are entitled to get a refund of the entire amount.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original mode of payment.

Order Acceptance Rights

Bagwani reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to reasons including but not limited to:

  • Non-availability of stock

  • Pricing or informational errors

  • Issues identified with the customer’s personal or financial details
