  • Apply on clean damp skin
  • Use at night, 3-4 times a week
  • Massage on body after shower 

For Hair & Scalp

  • Massage directly into the scalp & roots
  • Leave for 30–60 minutes, then wash

For Internal Use

  • Use After Cooking
  • Do Not Heat
