INGREDIENTS

  • Cold-Pressed Sesame Oil: Sesame Seeds
  • Cold- Pressed Coconut Oil: Coconut Seeds
  • Cold- Pressed Sweet Almond Oil: Sweet Almonds

HOW TO USE

For Hair: Massage into the scalp and hair lengths. Leave for a few hours or overnight before washing.

For Under-Eye Care:Gently dab 1–2 drops of Sweet Almond Oil around the under-eye area before bedtime and massage lightly.

For Oil Pulling: Take 1 Tablespoon of Coconut Oil and swish it around the mouth for 2-10 minutes and spit. Rinse your mouth with water and brush your teeth as usual.

For Muscle Stiffness: Take sufficient Sesame Oil for daily body massage (Abhyanga) to relax muscles and overall well being.
